ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select your preferred size and customization options, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout securely through our website. Once your order is submitted successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to assist with changes or cancellations. Personalized and engraved items begin processing quickly, so please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes, cancellations, or engraving modifications may no longer be possible.

Do you offer personalization?

Yes. Many Summoraft products include custom engraving options such as names, initials, dates, and meaningful messages. Customization options are displayed directly on the product page before checkout.

Can I include special symbols or emojis in engravings?

Some symbols may not be supported by our engraving system. If unsupported characters are submitted, our production team may adjust or omit them to ensure engraving quality and readability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship from?

Orders are processed through our international fulfillment and logistics network using multiple fulfillment and delivery partners to help reach customers worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Summoraft ships to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination country, customs regulations, and carrier service availability. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

How long does shipping take?

All Summoraft products are personalized and made-to-order. Production typically takes approximately 4–5 business days prior to shipping (business days exclude weekends and public holidays). After dispatch, standard estimated delivery times are:

       Standard Free Tracked Shipping: 7–10 business days

       Priority Shipping (where available): 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on destination country, customs processing, carrier routing, seasonal demand, and local delivery conditions. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

How long does production take?

Because Summoraft products are personalized and made-to-order, production typically requires approximately 4–5 business days prior to shipment. During holidays, peak gifting periods, or high order volume, production timelines may be extended.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking systems may require 24–48 hours to display movement updates after carrier acceptance.

Why does my tracking show limited updates at first?

International shipments may not display immediate updates while packages are in transit between logistics hubs or awaiting carrier scans. Tracking usually updates as the shipment progresses through the delivery network.

What materials do you use?

Our bracelets are crafted using durable metals, premium finishes, braided materials, synthetic stones, or leather-style materials depending on the product design. Each item is quality inspected prior to shipment.

Are message cards included?

Yes. Most bracelet sets include a message card designed to enhance the gifting experience.

Will the engraving fade?

Our engravings are completed using precision engraving equipment and designed for long-lasting wear under normal use conditions. As with any worn jewelry, appearance may vary over time depending on use, exposure, and care.

BRACELET USE & CARE

How do I open the bracelet?

Most Summoraft bracelets use a magnetic clasp system designed for secure everyday wear. To open the bracelet properly:

       Hold both sides of the clasp firmly.

       Gently separate or slide the clasp as designed.

       Do not twist, bend, or force the bracelet open from the braided section.

If you are unsure how to open your bracelet, please contact our support team before applying force to the clasp.

What if the clasp feels tight?

New bracelets may feel slightly firm during the first few uses due to the secure magnetic clasp design. Please avoid pulling the bracelet apart forcefully or bending the clasp sideways, as improper handling may damage the closure mechanism. If you experience difficulty opening the bracelet, contact our support team and we will gladly assist you with opening instructions.

Are the bracelets adjustable?

Most bracelet sizes are fixed and are based on the size selected at checkout. Bracelet measurements are provided as end-to-end flat measurements, not internal wrist circumference. Please review sizing details carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & GUARANTEE

What is your return policy?

Because many Summoraft products are personalized and made-to-order, engraved and customized items are considered final sale once production begins, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Non-customized items may qualify for return eligibility subject to our published Return & Refund Policy. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible, and in any event within three (3) days of delivery, and include:

       Your order number

       Clear photographs of the product

       Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

       A description of the issue

Our team will review the issue. Verified defects will be remedied by replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate to the issue.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will review your situation in accordance with our published store policies, including our Return & Refund Policy.
