Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Items — Section Update
RETURNS, REFUNDS & FINAL SALE ITEMS
Non-customized merchandise may be eligible for return within three (3) days of delivery if returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for full conditions.
Engraved, personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale once production begins and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Cancellations may be possible before production begins; see the Return & Refund Policy for details.
Because personalized products are manufactured specifically for each customer order, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, engraving details, shipping information, and address information prior to purchase.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact help@summoraft.com as soon as possible, and in any event within three (3) days of delivery, with supporting photographs and order information. Verified defects will be remedied by replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate to the issue.
Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction, including (without limitation) rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations. Where this section conflicts with any such non-waivable statutory right, the statutory right prevails.
