SHIPPING POLICY

Processing, Delivery & Carrier Information

 

PROCESSING TIME

Personalized and engraved products are made-to-order and generally require several business days for engraving, assembly, quality inspection, and fulfillment prior to shipment. Production time is typically 4–5 business days prior to shipping. Production days exclude weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed through our international fulfillment and logistics network using regional and final-mile delivery partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing, carrier routing, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and destination-country delivery conditions.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Standard Free Tracked Shipping typically delivers within 7–10 business days after dispatch. Priority shipping methods, where available, typically deliver within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is generally emailed after shipment. Carrier systems may require 24–48 hours to display movement updates after the parcel is handed to the carrier and initial scans begin.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Some orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment routing. Tracking numbers for each shipment will be provided as they become available.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information submitted during checkout, including any unit, apartment, or suite numbers. Summoraft is not responsible for delays, losses, or mis-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Customers should first contact neighbors, apartment offices, building management, or local carriers regarding shipments marked delivered but not immediately located.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Summoraft reserves the right to hold, review, verify, delay, or cancel orders identified as high-risk, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
