Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Engraved and custom bracelets typically require up to 2 weeks for production before shipment. For non-custom items, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center (primarily in Asia). Available delivery options include:

  • Standard Shipping (Free) – Estimated 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated 6–9 business days

Note: Shipping times begin after the item has been shipped and do not include processing time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, customs, and carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. This will not affect your shipping cost.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address to avoid delays or cancellation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other applicable taxes that may be charged upon the package reaching your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

If an error occurs on our end, we will resend your order at no cost.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows the package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 business days. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for theft, incorrect delivery, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed. Engraved and custom items are final sale and non-refundable unless defective.

Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver all orders promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers after the package has been dispatched.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We take fraud prevention and customer satisfaction seriously. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first, we’re happy to help resolve most concerns without involving your bank.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in delays or limitations in resolution. We provide clear tracking, order history, and proof of custom engraving (where applicable) to dispute fraudulent claims.

All custom and engraved items are final sale, as stated at checkout and in our Terms. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
