Return & Refund Policy – Custom Orders

Effective Immediately

All our engraved bracelets are custom-made to order. Due to their personalized nature, we enforce a strict return policy to maintain fairness and product integrity for all customers.

Final Sale on Personalized Items

All engraved products are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive with a verified manufacturing defect.

This includes:

  • Changing your mind after placing an order
  • Finding a lower price elsewhere
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal dissatisfaction with layout, spacing, or font style (if engraved as submitted)

3-Day Reporting Period

Defects or issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

To report an issue, email support@summoraft.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the unused item
  • Original packaging
  • Description of the issue

Engraving Disclaimer

We engrave items exactly as entered at checkout, including spacing, punctuation, and capitalization. Any variations in perceived spacing between certain letters (e.g., “I”, “S”) are normal and not considered defects.

Sizing Policy

Bracelet measurements are taken end-to-end when laid flat, not by internal circumference.

If the size received matches the one selected at checkout, it is considered correct. Fit preferences based on wrist shape or different measuring methods do not qualify as production defects.

Return Eligibility (Defective Items Only)

If your return is approved, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unauthorized returns or items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer. We are not liable for loss or theft after delivery.

If your package is missing, please check with:

  • Your front desk or building manager
  • Household members or neighbors
  • Your local post office

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent denial of future orders. We submit full documentation, including:

  • Engraving input
  • Fulfillment and delivery confirmations
  • Product photos
