RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Custom & Personalized Orders

OVERVIEW

At Summoraft, many of our products are personalized and made-to-order. Because custom engraved and personalized products are manufactured specifically for each order, special return limitations apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All engraved, personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are final sale once production begins and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival. Cancellations may be possible before production begins, see “Order Changes & Cancellations” below.

EXAMPLES OF NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Examples include engraved bracelets, custom message products, personalized keepsakes, engraved initials, engraved names, custom dates, and personalized configurations.

NON-CUSTOM MERCHANDISE

Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery if returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Order changes or cancellations may be possible only before production begins. Once production has started, personalized and made-to-order products can no longer be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will help resolve the issue with a replacement or another appropriate solution.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important: Personalized products are made specifically for each customer. Please review all names, engraving details, sizes, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
